Paul Walker is one of the actor in Fast & Furious. Paul Walker "Brian O'Conner" is the main actor of this film. He lost his life in car accident at 15:30 in Valencia, Santa Clarita, California, United States.

Paul Walker and his friend drove a Red Porsche Carrera GT. Then the car was lost control and hit a tree and a electric pole. Effect of the accident was severe and the car itself was on fire. All the part of Porsche GT was wrecked.

Porsche Carrera GT is a super car from Porsche. It have a V10 engine with capacity of 5.7 lt and using a DOHC (Double Over Head Camshaft) technology. The car use a manual six speed transmission. Porsche Carrera GT also adopt a roadster model of two door configuration.

Porsche Carrera GT was produced in Leipzig, German. The production years is started in 2004 to 2007, and it only produce for 1,270 units. This car power is up to 612 horse power at 8,000 rpm. The car can accelerated from 0 to 62 mph in 3.6 seconds.

This number matched with Mclaren 12C before it maximum accelerated to 318 Km/Hour.

Porsche Bright the Techno Classica 2013

Porsche Boxter & Cayman beat Ferrari

The third generation of Porsche Boxster and Cayman is chosen as World Performance Car in 2013. This title is given by World Car Awards when pres conference in New York International Auto Show.

This Sport Car from German has defeated other finalist, such as Ferrari F12 Berlinetta and Scion FR-S/Subaru BRZ/Toyota GT86. Above a high quality of sport car,  passing the Ferrari is showing the superiority of Boxster and Cayman.

In standard model, Boxter offer 265 HP from it's 2.7 lt engine, meanwhile 315 HP power output is getting from the 3.4 lt engine. There are two option of transmission, six speed manual transmission and seven speed automatic dual clutch PDK transmission. it only need 4.7 second to achieving 62 mph from standstill.

Meanwhile, Cayman has two engine specification. Standard model is 2.7 lt engine that has 275 HP power and S Model with 3.4 lt engine, it hold 325 HP output power.

Boxter also available in two option of transmission, which are manual and automatic. When 3.4 lt engine meet with PDK transmission and Sport Chrono packet, it can race to 62 mph only in 4.4 second.

This award is the third time for Porsche. Last year, Porsche 911 received the same award and follow by Porsche Cayman that won Performance Car Award title in 2006.

Porsche 911 GT3 RS - Extreme limit of a car

German Car Manufacture, Porsche, announced ther new generation of Porsche 911 GT3. But Porsche now revealed that they will launch a new variant that more stronger in next 2014.

The head of Production GT Series, Andreas Preuninger said that Porsche engineer has worked on Porsche 911 GT3 RS. This variant is more stonger that the earlier model. Pruninger also said that Porsche 911 GT3 RS will not available in manual system gearbox, so Porsche 911 GT3 RS will use dual clutch PDK transmission.

"There's no chance it will build for manual, we not  offer much choice for our GT variant"

"If you not the manual version and PDK, you'll have different setting such as suspension, aero, wheel etc. We are small team and can only concentrate in one car"
