The award was given by 30 automotive writers who joined the Southern Group of Motoring Writers (SGMW).
"Jaguar XF has style, grace and a sensation of driving that give the impression to our members to decide to place it as the Car of the Decade as part of the group's 10th," said Chairman SGMW, Sue Baker.
