Car manufactured from England, Lotus has been rumored bankruptcy after england court declared that the company who was build by Colin Chapman has big debt.England court received applications to liquidate Lotus Group Assets which are Lotus Cars, Lotus Motorsport and Lotus Engineering. This company has few times change ownership in few decades such as GM Romano Artioli Bugatti, Proton Malaysia and the last is DRB-Hicom.
Formula one team under Lotus brand not affected because the license is separate from Lotus Group. Lotus said that the company has some debt in the beginning of the year, but that problem has been solved in peace by Lotus.
