Mazda Develop a Rival for Nissan Juke

The news said that Mazda is preparing a rival for Nissan Juke, a compact SUV, they named it CX-3.

Mazda promised that they will launch five models all new with SkyActive to the next 2015. CX-3 is one of car that Mazda promised.

In earlier, New Mazda 3 has been launched in Frankfurt Motor Show 2013 and rumors said that it will be more compact model that predicted using 1.3 and 1.5 SkyActive engine.

Mazda also confirmed that they are working together with Alfa Romeo to develop new generation of MX-5 and Spider.

"Both of it will use similar platform but each of them will have uniqe body. Meanwhile, the drive system will be same and produced in Hiroshima factory that belong to Mazda" Jeff Guyton as Europe Mazda Boss.

Mazda MX-5 and 1.6 SKYACTIV engine

Lately collaboration between to automotive companies re-exited. In global market, there was Toyota and Subaru or Toyobaru that collaboration to creating a sport entry level car, they called it Toyota 86 or Subaru BRZ.

This time Mazda will cooperate with other car manufacture from Italy, Alfa Romeo. They want to development MX-5 Miata and Alfa Romeo Spyder.

Rumor said that Marzda is preparing a diesel engine for MX-5 Miata. But the latest model from Miata will get 1.6 lt SKYACIV engine with high compression and holding power to 130 HP. Meanwhile Alfa Romeo Spyder will adopt 1.4 lt engine with turbocharger.

There's no available information about the type of transmission in that two cars. But, these two cars might will available in two option transmission, Six speed manual transmission, or automatic with Paddle-shift system.

The collaboration between Mazda and Alfa Romeo will use light material and using different engine.

Four Japan Car Manufacture Recall 3.4 million car

Four Japan car manufacture, Toyota, Nissan, Honda and Mazda are doing campaign to recall their million cars, it's because they had issued in the airbag.

There was five cases in Japan and United States involved the airbag. The airbag can't work perfectly. Toyota said that there was a part in the airbag that indicated technical failure so it made the airbag expand and explode un-normally when impact.

Airbag will fill with excessive pressure, the result are iron compound in the inflator will shatter and the flake will go out from the airbag and potential hurting  the passenger.

Spare Part company of this airbag is Takata. Their product was used by all the car that being recall. Toyota is recalling 1.73 million units in over the world, Honda is recalling 1.14 million units, Nissan is recalling 480,000 units and Mazda is recalling 45,500 units. The spare part change only takes one to two hours for all model.'
