Mclaren P13 - Porsche 911 and Audi R8 will meet their challenger

Recently, Mclaren P13 been tested in around Europe. The Mclaren P13 price is predicted around 140,000 Euro and it said will using a modification of Ricardo version. A modification version will use V8 engine with 3.8 of capacity. It will have power around 450 horsepower.

This model will become the smallest model of Mclaren variant. As a start, they will launch the Coupe version first, then the convertible version. Mclaren P13 will have more light weight than Mclaren 12C and will use same feature, which is a carbon fibre structure.

Mclaren Entry Level Car - P13

England car manufacture, Mclaren is developing an car which will be plotted in under 12C Series and they're calling it P13.

P13 design will be used 2 seats with no other passenger seats. But they said that it will be more practical. If they said it practical, it's mean that Mclaren will make a trunk for this type of car. Mclaren said that they will produce this car around 2,000 to 2,500 units each year.

The engine type for this unit is still classified but they might be using a 12C engine downgrade for P12 which is V8 Twin Turbo that can produce output power around 500 HP.

To increase their sales, P13 will be faced head to head with the highest variant of Porsche 911 or at least for the tag price. P13 will be sold with price under the 12C Variant, 200,000 dollar below the 12C price, 250,000 Dollar.

Mclaren P13 will use same design language as the Mclaren P1. They predicted that P13 will be launched in 2014.

First test run for the MP4-28 in Jerez

MP4-28 run a test in Jerez. It's preparing Sergio for his first run with Vodafone Mclaren Mercedes. The run conduct in Jerez and run a number of shorter runs. This test will help Sergio feel and understand his new car. A few adjustments and setting are being set to make Sergio feel more confident with MP4-28.

Sergio run to 81 laps and it's run smoothly. Mclaren teams said that it's a positive start for Vodafone Mclaren Mercedes Teams. The result of the test are 1m19.572s for Best Laptime, with track length 4,428 Km.

Mclaren – British supercar manufacture has officially launched MP4-28. The supercar MP4-28 will be used in Formula Racing Event in 2013 season. The new MP4-28 will shock the Formula 1 Racing and too celebrate the 50th years of Mclaren.  In the pers conference, Maclaren said MP4-28 are perfection from earlier car which has win 7 race in last season. The car got few changes, such as in the front suspension, the side pod, the backside of bodywork, and the front side.

MP4-28 was launched in Mclaren Technology Center. Two drivers of Vodafone team, Jenson Button and Sergio Perez will get the honor to drive this car. The two drivers will work together with new car the MP4-28 for Formula 1 Racing Event. Mclaren wish that this two drivers can be a winner in Vodafone Mclaren Mercedes.

“These are the interesting moment for all team. In the birthday of 50th Mclaren, I want Vodafone Mclaren Mercedes become the best team in World Grand prix” said the head of the team, Martin Whitmarsh.

MP4-28 Technical Specification

MP4-28 bodywork will be composited with carbon-fibre. Including engine cover, sidepods, front and rear wing, floor, and nose. Mclaren add Mclaren Electronic System. Including chassis control, data acquisition, data analysis, telemetry, engine control, dashboard and alternator.
Jenson Button very excited about the launch event of the new Mclaren. In the last year, Mclaren finished with the fastest car. They said the MP4-28 is more faster than the earlier Mclaren cars. Mclaren Technology Centre 

Mclaren Technology Centre was located in 500,000 m2 site in Woking, Surrey, England. The building was won Stirling Prize in 2005. Stirling Prize was gave for building with excellence in architecture.

The Mclaren Technology Centre building is accompanied by a series fo artificial lakes. Facilities for employees are 700 seat restaurant, coffee and juice bar, a swimming pool and a fitness centre. In this building, MP4-28 was designed and build.
