In earlier, VLC prototype has won fuel competition in the road with 54 Km/liter. Due to extreme aerodynamic body line and the weight of the car is below 1,000 pound.
With these specification, VLC can be provided with one cylinder engine, 250cc. Just like the motorcycle. The electric version of engine can touch 148.8 km/liter
Various modification from it's predecessor, including more thinner body using aluminum for the frame, added with glass material, four seats in the cabin and strange shape for the front bumper, resembling a bird's beak.
One of the innovation keys is suspension in-wheel system that allowing a space with the tires. The tire design are slim, thin and high, it's similar to the Pirelli prediction about the future tires. This type of tires will reduce the car weight and also reduce the drag coefficient aerodynamic.
This car manufacture from Virginia doesn't told when they launch their first production, but they said that the have sold VLC in the market with price tag 2,000 Dollar.
